Count me amongst those that hate the class name "magic user". That term was one of my D&D pet peeves....my Fightingman with a +1 sword is a "magic user" :).

Well I was No vote 366. I do buy pdf gaming products, and in fact have bought at least a half dozen from Malhaovc, but I will absolutely not be purchasing any product encumbered by DRM.

Though I'm currently living on the Emerald Isle. I'm from Texas and the group back home is still going strong in the DFW area with 8 or 9 players gaming each week.

What about the possibility of helms adding +1 AC and a small percentage chance to avoid a critical....like the fortification magic ability for armor. If the helm had a full visor or something to that effect increase the critical avoiding percentage. I don't see much problem with the revision...

All the things I've heard so far are positive improvements IMO. So I'll be switching over for the games I run immediately.....of course that is not to say I won't house rule something, but to date I like it all.....especially the new Damage Reduction.
