Armor as THP makes more sense if you tie them to crafting. Smith Tools for Metal Armors Leather Workers tools for Leather and Hide Armors Weavers tools for Cloth and Padded Armor. Woodcarver’s Tools for Wooden Armor Then downtime can repair armor down to the minute or hour.
