Mobile versions of Chrome can't use extensions...at least not last I knew. But it turns out all my players use computers--though I don't know if they all use Chrome--so that may be less of an issue.

I presume the players need to have the extension installed as well? So it only works if everyone is using a computer, not using mobile? I've been using Owlbear, but AboveVTT sounds interesting.

Whichever if you DMs, if you are using the pre generated characters, the DM needs to carefully read the back stories—especially for the rogue. Great adventure, but it forgets to warn you about that.

Wow! Those look like good changes. I'm hopeful that the AL rule-set will be a little more stable from here on out: it has changed pretty drastically from season to season. It also sounds like they heard the outcry against the very draconian race options in the current season.

I've run games that way when I've had 3 or fewer players, for the reasons stated above. It works o.k.

DDB is not owned by WOTC, so it’s not up to WOTC to get the encounter and combat tracker finished. I agree, though, that it will be great when DDB can get those tools closer to a finished state.
