Pathfinder 2E Concurrent Initiative in PF2e

I really liked Hemlocks idea of concurrent initiative he describes in this thread: https://www.enworld.org/threads/concurrent-initiative-variant-everybody-declares-everybody-resolves-was-simultaneous-initiative.513971/ Do you think this works in PF2e? I think the 3 action economy has solved...

    Is Pathfinder 2 Paizo's 4E?

Most of what I am reading from you seems to be guesswork. Yet you seem to be interested in PF2. Therefore, I would highly encourage you to just play the game, so you get actual data about how the game runs, to base your opinions on facts rather than speculation.

Pathfinder 2E It's Finally Here! The Pathfinder 2E Review

Finally! We started playing today and it was a blast. I had stopped playing Tabletop RPGs altogether for a while since 5e became so stale and so did most of my friends. With PF2e we are back in the groove and it feels good. Watching the Paizocon just made me a fan. Bulmahn and his crew are great...

D&D 5E (2014) Concurrent initiative variant; Everybody declares/Everybody resolves [WAS Simultaneous Initiative]

@FormerlyHemlock I must say that I really enjoy your initiative system so far. However I also liked the idea of the Greyhawk Initiative, to the point where I had modified it to my likings and played with it for a while. This is why I was wondering if you actually ever implemented weapon / spell...

    Flanking Rules

Hello guys, I was wondering if any of you use flanking rules in your 5e games to make combat a bit more tactical. I would like to know why you use the rules or why you don't and also in case you do, what kind of rules these are. Are you using the alternative rules from the DMG (flanking grants...

    Initiative options?

Ilbranteloth on top of that I really like to use Hemlock's idea of using INT to determine who decleares actions first in combat. So essentially the smartest guys go last when making a combat decision, therefore making INT relevant in combat resolution (how quickly you think) as opposed to only...

    Initiative options?

I like this but at the same time I think that you will add quite a bit of overhead to the game by discretizing actions this way. I can see it work with the right players but don't forget that you, as a DM, also have to keep track of all your NPCs. Imagine a large battle. In any case, if you ever...

    Initiative options?

I see what you mean. I tried Greyhawk initiative too, however I found it was broken in some regards, for instance bonus actions were punished too hard. So I created my own version of the Greyhawk initiative which worked very well (I called it Prismatic Initiative). The principle stays the same...

    Initiative options?

Hello, I was researching the same question and I stumbled upon this excellent idea: http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?513971-Concurrent-initiative-variant-Everybody-declares-Everybody-resolves-WAS-Simultaneous-Initiative I wonder why this is not in the top resources for 5e post. I...
