Arctic Druid is not below average. Slow and Cone of Cold alone are top notch and compensate for the rest of the spell list. Should be black at least, if not blue.

I thought Contagion is mostly for Druids hits and runs? Sneak close to BBEG, cast Contagion, fly away as Giant Eagle. The party can then attack the BBEG a few minutes later.
