Not everything has to be sporting. Intelligent foes should behave intelligently. IOW, would I have NPCs pull this trick often? No. But once in a while, especially if it's a main/recurring intelligent villain? Absolutely.

That was not correct. You only draw an opportunity attack when you leave someone's threatened area. Moving within the threatened area is safe to do.

That would depend on whether they're actually spending a use of Channel Divinity and trying to turn me, or if the algebra is just exposed in passing.
