Critical Role Tal’Dorei Reborn from Critical Role's Darrington Press

The original sourcebook was already so well done that this deluxe version will be a super easy buy for me. This might be the one time I would consider a Beadle & Grimm's version...

D&D 5E (2014) Fizban's Treasury: The Dragon Book Now Has A Description... And A Feat

Oh? Nice! Did they have an actual stat block in a mainline official publication since they didn't show up in either of the Monster Manuals or either of the Draconomicons (other than a brief and incorrect mention of how you could apply the dragon template to a horse in order to create a dragonne)?

WizKids has a boxed set full of Wild Beyond the Witchlight miniatures for pre-order. The set contains 81 miniatures, including two unique miniatures only in this box, one of which is Tasha. All yours for just $750...

D&D General Are foil MTG cards less durable than standard ones (looking to preorder the D&D cartoon set)?

That's too bad. I was hoping that someone would say, "Naw, dude. Don't believe all the haters. It's all good!" LOL Thanks for the insight!

D&D General Are foil MTG cards less durable than standard ones (looking to preorder the D&D cartoon set)?

They have a preorder up to get a set of Magic the Gathering cards that feature some of the characters from the D&D cartoon. You can nab either the foil or the non-foil cards (of both if you're Scrooge McDuck swimming in piles of gold). I'm not a Magic the Gathering player. I have some cards from...

    D&D 5E (2014) Warduke, Kelek, Strongheart Miniatures!

It depends on which troops. Some will run you about $3 per mini like you said whereas others will bring you up to about $5 per. I don't know that I've seen any low level troop minis that come out to $9 per, but they're definitely not all cheap. More importantly, though, is that there's...

    D&D 5E (2014) Warduke, Kelek, Strongheart Miniatures!

It would be nice to have a proper dragonne miniature after the abysmal one they released as part of the Wizards of the Coast miniatures line.

    D&D 5E (2014) Warduke, Kelek, Strongheart Miniatures!

Oh wow! I didn't realize it was all of the characters. I had only seen the Legion of Doom ;) and only recognized Warduke, Kelek and Zarak. There goes even more money...

D&D 5E (2014) Wild Beyond the Witchlight Features Warduke & More!

So it looks like one of the minis set for this book has not just a Warduke mini, but also one for Kelek and Zarak. Bringing back so many memories. That's a must-buy to me just for nostalgia's sake. I loved the villains from that time, and the Shady Dragon Inn supplement was one of my favorite...

    D&D 5E (2014) So Much Witchlight Art!

I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but one of the miniature sets includes a character named Thaco, which I thought was hilarious for some reason.

D&D 5E (2014) Fizban's Treasury: The Dragon Book Now Has A Description... And A Feat

Here's hoping! :fingers-crossed: :) Even better if we get a new dragonne mini. Again, the Wizards of the Coast version left a lot to be desired. I still bought, like, 6 of them off eBay, but the unpainted metal ones I got from Reaper and Ral Partha were so much better looking, even without the...

D&D 5E (2014) Wild Beyond the Witchlight Features Warduke & More!

Curious what people think about the dice and miscellany set for this book. On the one hand, I really like that they're going for far out colors with the dice — those really, really stand out — but on the other hand, that specific color combination bothers me for some reason (and I love orange...

D&D 5E (2014) Fizban's Treasury: The Dragon Book Now Has A Description... And A Feat

Fair enough. I might be jumping the gun there after seeing mentions of tons of other things. I'm assuming that we'll get some of the other chromatic and metallic dragons from editions past. I can continue to hope for dragonnes, but I'm not confident on that, just from them having been entirely...

    D&D 5E (2014) Strixhaven Pre-Order Details

Please not another Feywild book! I mean, this one looks like it might be okay, but hopefully we get something else. LOL

D&D 5E (2014) Fizban's Treasury: The Dragon Book Now Has A Description... And A Feat

A couple of random thoughts: IIRC At least one of Hickman and Weis insisted that Paladine and Takhisis were not Bahamut and Tiamat. I wonder if Wizards is going to stick with that or decide to retcon that so that it's what pretty much everyone else thinks. ;) Anyone else sad that dragonnes...

D&D 5E (2014) Wild Beyond the Witchlight Features Warduke & More!

I'd buy this book for Warduke alone, if for nothing else. That gives me great hope that they'll make a new Warduke mini for the Witchlight set. I got the original WotC mini, but the color scheme is more "savage barbarian", all browns, no blues.

    D&D 5E (2014) Strixhaven Pre-Order Details

So it looks like, as expected, only the owlfolk races from the UA Feywild races made it in here, and two others made it into the adventure book... but I didn't see mention of the fey goblin race (unless I missed something somewhere?)... did they end up just getting dropped?

D&D 5E (2014) Grand Master of Flowers: Speculation on James Wyatt's October Book

I vaguely recall seeing something in the 5e books, but it must not have seemed that important. ;) I've seen some mention of Bahamut taking on human form in the Forgotten Realms wiki, but I didn't recall a specific identity other than "old dude with seven canaries"... but to be fair I probably...

D&D 5E (2014) Grand Master of Flowers: Speculation on James Wyatt's October Book

Interesting... I didn't realize that Bahamut had a human alter ego in the Forgotten Realms as well. I remember the Bahamut equivalent in Dragonlance, Paladine, having a "bumbling idiot" sort of alter ego, Fizban the Fabulous, in the Dragonlance books.

Dungeons and dragons cartoon from 80s

Are you referring to Paul Dini? He wrote an episode or two for the D&D cartoon, and he went on to create that Batman series.
