    Pathfinder Teases New Runelords Content

I bought it. No question for me.

    Pathfinder Teases New Runelords Content

I'm well aware of how the two game systems play, and how they treat combats, XP, treasure, etc. But as mentioned previously, the port to Savage Pathfinder was a direct one for a couple of reasons. The most important one being licensing.

    Pathfinder Teases New Runelords Content

PEG would have taken flak from fans of the adventure paths for removing any of those encounters. It's up the GM to include and exclude what they feel is relevant for their group. And I'm also confident the guys doing the conversion mentioned at the very start, they these conversions would be...

    Pathfinder Teases New Runelords Content

How was the Savage Pathfinder port poorly done?

    ALIEN RPG Launches New Kickstarter

That was the reason I opted out of backing this one. I get that starter set adventures are supposed to be for brand new players and GMs, but the adventure should at least have an option for continuing the campaign. I'm hoping it does, and in that sense, breaks away from the movie canon, but I'm...

Wizards of the Coast Is Sunsetting Sigil's Active Development

No, because according to many reviewers, it takes forever to build maps for it. That's a huge deterrent. About 2 minutes just to load the blank grid. No undo button, no ability to resize assets. It's almost as if it wasn't even beta ready yet! /s

Wizards of the Coast Is Sunsetting Sigil's Active Development

WotC + D&D + software? It was doomed from the start. They've never had a successful software product.

Arc Dream Announces Black Company RPG

I've only read the first trilogy, but this book series drastically changed my taste in novels for the better. I've since gone on to read the Malazan Book of the Fallen 10 book series and Joe Abercrombie's First Law series. Thanks to Black Company & Glen Cook I never would have known those other...

RPG Spotlight: Crown and Skull Volume II

I can't wait to sink my teeth into my copy, once it arrives.

OSR Does anybody know anything about this OSR adventure: Gods of the Forbidden North?

I bought all 3 volumes, and by all accounts the Kickstarter for Volume 3 is still doing gangbusters (over 200% funded). I had a good laugh at all you guys winging about the tweets and details on the setting's religion though. Thanks for that!

    D&D 5E (2024) D&D Marilith Is Far More Bestial In 2025

Yes it was. Far better than what's on display in this 2024 book.

    D&D 5E (2024) Dragon Delves Cover Revealed

The Jones cover looks like it should be for an OSE book or DCC or something. Very off brand for D&D. The Staples cover looks very generic. Like something you'd see on the side of a van in the 80's.

RPG CROWDFUNDING NEWS – Gods of the Forbidden North, Lady Pirates, A Perfect Rock, and more

I splurged for the premium physical copies, but was also considering either Shadowdark or ACKS2 to run it. I've heard for Shadowdark you can pretty much run it as is.

RPG Print News – Runehammer, Cubicle 7, and More

Crown and Skull is one of those books where you absolutely need to get the physical copy. It's a work of art.
