If a table does not use alignment, there is no "correct" alignment. The character is more complex than a simple two word descriptor. Or it's completely irrelevant.

It's not "looking the part" that's important, it's acting the part. That's why its called acting, not looking. Ford is fun and all, but he is a lousy character actor. William Hurt was a much better actor, and made a much better Ross.

That’s because some tables use alignment and others do not. There is no alignment in my games, ergo when I design NPCs I don’t give them alignments. If you are running an adventure written someone who doesn’t use alignments, then you can add them yourself if you think it’s necessary.

It’s not an issue with existence - ALL humans are mixed. The issue is labelling it, since that implies it’s something abnormal.
