That doesn't really answer the question. If you were to encounter one in your world, what might the story be? What kind of story do you want to make with these rare tieflings?

A better question to ask is... How will you incorporate different tiefling stories and backgrounds in your campaign? Will devils and other baddies be making pacts or having teh hot sex with the muggles? Will there be crazy magical experiments?

I ran a one shot of an early playtest packet. Other than that, just skimmed. I should note that the one shot was a big hit with the group. But we were all busy with life and our other campaign.
