Not sure ... I think that term was thrown around a lot a few years (or decades?) ago in RPG circles, but maybe in a more offensive way than I realized. Basically, the current talk about Greyhawk remembered me of the whole thing. I'm not even sure if a "xenophobic" world would be the key...
