    Cantrips are AUTO dispelled in most case... Concerning spiritual weapon... the spell does have a build in limit though, (i) you need to use a bonus action to get one attack it stands to reason that even if one has two spiritual weapons active they could only attack with one using that bonus...

For what its worth I think it is well within the power of a wish (maybe triggering the 33% chance of NEVER casting again) to ameliorate a vampires bloodlust (forever more and with no penalty at all associated)...     I wouldnt think house rules are needed... I imagine the simplist way to approach it is to put a (maybe mini) village in the dungeon (maybe the PC's have to 'clear' the village out... ALso, depending on the layout of the dungeon it may make sense to allow the players to onwardly advance clearing...
