I played a Human Seeker|Executioner — so Heroic Effort often made Feyjump Shot hit both times. It tended to work out reasonably well due to one of two things happening:
I'd hit both targets with Into the Bog or Feyjump Shot and then be a controller...
or
I'd hit one, then slam that one again...
You likely have a mac that upgraded into making safari not work with it any longer. Try using sea monkey browser(basically mozilla took the old firefox and is updating it) listed in the link on the first page.
I basically just use sea monkey for that exact one specific purpose.
Two issues:
You're proficient with staff being used as a weapon, which then lets you use it as an implement. But in order for you to have proficiency due to it being a weapon, you need to wield it two-handed. So you can't wield it in one unless your DM says you can.
Staff Fighting isn't listed...
Thanks, it would be up to your DM:
Yes: you're making an attack with a dagger as part of Flurry of Blows
No: Flurry of Blows is not a weapon power, even modified by the feat
If you're using a staff, you should try to multi-class into a class with Staff proficiency as an implement. Then you can...
I'm guessing unless they signed something crazy, costs are pretty low, even if there aren't a lot of subs involved. I mean honestly, at this point, the major worry is likely one of the computers fail, and maybe no one has the knowledge to get it back up again.
Eh, at this point, 4e ought to just be an income stream to them. By no means saying they should give away the IP, but they shouldn't be worried about 4e rising from the dead in any way that doesn't just give them more money.
Yup. Probably something in the media.wizard.com server that fields requests has crashed. Or because that might get used elsewhere, someone moved the IP address or something similar and that crashed something.
I mean really, it should be at this point, a simple game of backup the computers and...
Right. I think there are 3 internal computers being used as servers for WotC powering DDI:
Vecna for Character Builder type of activities
Ioun for Compendium
Media for storage — art and PCs as an example. Media might be used for other things.
So two things that are possibly going on here:
Vecna...
Yes, new accounts can be made and the link is in the first post. It costs about $75/year or $10/month. The $10/month subscription for a month lets you download every single Dragon/Dungeon magazine from 4e, so that's a great value for a month if for no other reason.
Yup, I just sent in a request to tech support. I also edited the first post to have a fast link to requesting support. Here it is:

I find Sea Monkey to be the best actually now. Modern browser, up to date with Mac system software, runs Silverlight:
http://www.seamonkey-project.org
I just use Sea Monkey for that very one specific url, which kind of even makes it better for it.
I think that's very similar to the '4e is anti-roleplaying because skill challenges exist' problem. No one is forcing anyone to use the grid and there's nothing inherent about 5e that makes theatre of the mind easier.
Basically, a large part of how D&D gets played is based on the marketing of...
Link on how to get the online character builder to work. The best browser right now seems to be a Mozilla-based browser called Sea Monkey. Old Firefox builds work with it too, but they're old.
