There's a poster map with the core setting book. What type of maps are these: Map Are they more detailed or just blown up?

Just that they'd be put out if hell was in the setting. It's easily resolved though, as has been pointed out, it's a simple matter to call Hellmouth, Freeport and go from there.

Love the setting, it caters for everything. I have a problem with the 'hell' business in Cheliax though. There's a couple of Christians who play with us, and I think it may offend them a bit. Although the place is called hell, I assume it is not the Biblical Chrisian hell. That's not so bad...

How do you design adventures, how do you structure them? Is there a particular template, a way you type things up?

For now I am going to go with my Fate Point homebrew rules. Basically, if you roll a maximum on the damage dice, you can spend a Fate Point and re-roll it. If that's a max, spend another and re-roll that. At higher levels this may have to be tweaked or dropped but for now, we'll see. I'm...

I notice the Core Rule book has everything, both player and gm guides. I want to use just the standard PF rules, so woud it be worth me getting the GM guide?

If that's the case, then yes, damage is deadly enough, but I was coming more from the player character's point of view. Wherein a 5th level Ranger could only attack twice with his bow (the rapid fire feat) and only do 1d8 damage twice. Against 5 HD opponents, this wasn't all that much.
