Monster stats for Rakasta in the original Isle of Dread yeah. I believe that was their first appearance :) They also later appeared in AC9 Creature Catalogue and its revised version. BTW: PC stats for Rakasta and Lupin appeared in Dragon #181. It is different than in the miniatures set though...

I should have it, somewhere. If I find it, I will post here. However, I don't think it went beyond 5th level. There were rules for higher level BECMI Rakasta in an instalment of Voyage of the Princess Ark in Dragon Magazine though. I think in both cases they were based on the system provided...

Meh. I'm not one to angst about companies, but they do own D&D which I care about. So it is sort of disappointing that 4E ended up being another step away from the kind of game I want D&D to be. -Havard

Is Bruce Payne/Damodar going to be in this movie as well? :cool: He might have died in Wrath of the Dragon God, I can't remember. However, that should easily be redeemed. Also, IIRC Wrath of the Dragon God had the lich character Klaxx the Maligned who would easily be a recurring villain. OTOH...

One of the best things about BECMI is of course the most excellent Gazetteer line, way ahead of its time in terms of quality setting material. -Havard

Love the idea of running a BECMI campaign. I would probably also use the ascending AC model. I didnt know about the Holmes' movement rules before, but I am definately implementing those. -Havard
