    D&D 5E (2014) Final Fantasy XV for D&D

Chocobos are sought after mounts due to a combination of their speed, endurance, and charm, and a chocobo mount that has spent enough time bonding with their rider seems to be more capable than a typical member of its species. Loyal Chocobo Large Beast, Unaligned Armor Class 13 (Natural Armor)...

    D&D 5E (2014) Final Fantasy XV for D&D

Chocobos are tall, friendly avians that roam wild but can be tamed and ridden. Wild chocobos once trotted freely through the forests of Duscae, but the recent influx of ferocious beasts has sent the birds running in fear and the population dwindled Chocobo Large Beast, Unaligned Armor Class 12...

D&D General Fantastic Dragons in D&D’s History

Ashardalon is actually among my fav versions of DND Immortality. Not ready to die? Tear out your heart and slap in a balor. Just 300 easy installments of 499 gp and a whole lot of slashing damage.

D&D General Fantastic Dragons in D&D’s History

I heard of Dragotha before (didnt look into them much though), but never Brazzemal, who has quite a fun tale from the bit I could find from a quick google search. I love that the rebellion couldn’t directly confront him, so a curse that sickened him was used. Very cool!

D&D General Fantastic Dragons in D&D’s History

For a long time I’ve wondered about who are the most interesting dragons in Dungeons and Dragons History. While I am largely familiar with the Forgotten Realm’s powerful Inferno and the ghost-like Palarandusk. I’ve never heard of powerful dragons outside of the sword coast. This is mainly due to...

    D&D 5E (2014) Final Fantasy XV for D&D

@Stalker0 , if you’re willing to, could you give the Astral aspects a quick once over when you get a chance? There are 6 of them: Bahamut, Titan, Shiva, Ramuh, Leviathan, and Ifrit You can ignore the Bahamut Blade and the Glacian Sprite.

Just to add on real quick. If anyone has used/played/seen a ttrpg fishing system that they enjoyed or thought was particularly good, feel free to recommend it. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a better system out there for something like this.

What is the largest animal that you think you could beat in a fight?

Probably a medium-sized dog or a small cat, anything bigger than that and I lose purely because of their claws, teeth, etc.

    D&D 5E (2014) Final Fantasy XV for D&D

With the Astrals now largely fleshed out, an update on the fishing sub-system. I have a basic system pretty much set. Basically it operates similarly to death saving throws. Depending on the fish you will need to have X number of success before you have 3 failures. The DC for this is also...

D&D 5E (2014) Players Only: How Often Should Your Character Be Able to "Go Nova"?

With how I’m understanding “going nova”, I think once per long rest or once per day is sufficient. My table tends to use Long rests as a day marker, so those are pretty interchangeable for me. While i think everyone should be able to contribute in every encounter, everyone being limited to a...

How long are your gaming sessions?

My group tends to get together for 3 to 4 hours every other week. I often would like to play more, but I’m happy to have this group regardless.
