No. You are either adding your Charisma modifier twice or Charisma modifier + one other ability score modifier.

In the text of the feature it specifies that you add the Charisma bonus twice if you normally already added it. I had to look myself to make sure I didn't have a complete brainfreeze and forgot to put that in. Thanks for the question and the encouragement!

I'd like to see this developed into its own archetype rather than be a re-write of the base class. Or maybe as a variant of the whole class...but, either way, would like to see more to distinguish this based on what it is rather than what it isn't.
