I've always wondered why the Paladin didn't have a good Will Save. I don't think it would be overdoing it to give this PrC that.

Heal/ Inflict Wound Spells are generally a little underpowered. Extra Turning can indeed be used to fuel a lot of useful feats, but I don't know if a breath feat is the most effective use for it. I don't remember Cleric even getting smite. Ordained Champion is a good PrC. Have you read this...

He's already exhausted the options in his books, and isn't satisfied with them. I'm perfectly willing to link him any sources he needs.

I never did like that stereotype. I co-founded my schools D&D club, but I also played varsity tennis for my school freshman year, and have no problem talking to girls. Which is probably why I'm not the one trying to aggravate the mods.

Everything Stream of the Sky said is good, Tome of Battle is nice as well. Probably Warblade. The 2nd level gets you 3rd level stances and maneuvers. Grab Eternal Blade, since you're an Elf, with some more Warblade levels. Or something like that.

Not really. There are already lots of established ways to make borked diplomancers and such. It'll probably less cost effective than actually wearing a cheaper item, and you could cap the total inherent bonus you could have.

Just combine the rules for making items that give skill bonuses and the rules for maing books that bestow inherent ability score bonuses.
