    D&D 5E (2014) alternate coinage, ie "non decimal gold"

    In my campaigns, 1gp = 10sp = 1000cp. It's still decimal and not very representative of real life, but it gets rid of platinum currencies and makes gold feel special again. Copper coins have face values which helps poor people carry them around.
