If you feel the trademark or production of the products is in dispute, you should probably pursue that through proper legal channels rather than casting doubts on the legality of the product on an Internet forum.

Not at all. Test balloons launched by players to weedle info from the DM and to avoid committing to actions fall flat in games I run unless the consequences are so obvious that they probably need not even ask. Doing something and believing something are very different indeed.

Some fruit hangs too low. I suspect there is some as yet unknown reason why these have been published as is, perhaps due to age or capacity, that would make any barrelfish-shooting feel shameful in retrospect. Under standard circumstances, I doubt we'd see such things.
