    D&D 5E (2014) Odd character creations

I'd like to write one up. Definitely sounds interesting for sure. I appreciate your pointing that one out. Now to figure out how to build it decent enough in less than a hour with level 1 stats of 16 14 13 12 11 10

Can't say that I'm familiar with what you speak of.

    D&D 5E (2014) Odd character creations

There were plenty of slaves from different countries. The greatest genocide is something most believe was a famine and wasn't. But we're not here to discuss this. I simply was looking for ideas for abstract characters.

Other than the totem warrior idea what do you have?

That's the more common reference my apologies I didn't have that spot on as there's a few different names for the same subrace

I thought it'd be a good time haha. The concept of the battlerager is based on the belief that stone foot halflings were thought to have dwarf blood. The plus side of this being his size and possible use as a thrown weapon into battle by another large party member.

    D&D 5E (2014) Odd character creations

I enjoy the group of people who I play with or I would find a group elsewhere. The other part of the problem is that I live in a very rural area and as far as I know we're the only players. So back to the task at hand. Anyone like the halfling stone foot battlerager idea? Or possibly another...

    D&D 5E (2014) Odd character creations

I understand that I can make a paladin work. But it's simply not worth argument with my DM. So I'm looking for a different direction

I want a LG paladin which won't fly. And my DM is convinced that even an oath of vengeance will still cause issues

    D&D 5E (2014) Odd character creations

I'm currently trying to come up with a character that's fun for me to play. I'd like to build a paladin but the group has a ne rogue assassin which prevents this from happening. So I'm looking to mix it up some. Currently getting ideas pooled up. How well would a Halfling Stone foot battlerager...

    D&D 5E (2014) Paladins in SCAG are all good-aligned?

But where is the balance? True neutrality Is something that I'd like to see introduced to the game on more than a home brew level. I feel like an angel of purge of the sorts would be a great addition. Something of the John Constantine sorts. Capacity to do great things, but constantly held back...

    D&D 5E (2014) Paladins in SCAG are all good-aligned?

I'm aware of the oath breaker, but that's not what I'm speaking of. I'm talking about another archetype altogether that allows for an evil character that hasn't broken oath.

    D&D 5E (2014) Paladins in SCAG are all good-aligned?

I honestly believe that in the next edition or even addition they should add an evil option for some character types

    D&D 5E (2014) Paladins in SCAG are all good-aligned?

I believe that people shouldn't be so close minded about a paladin only being LG. There's always extremists in real life religion who do what they see as good, but in fact is great evil. So why not allow for the evil aspect to be introduced ?

    D&D 5E (2014) Paladins in SCAG are all good-aligned?

Here's one issue I've run into. I want to play a paladin but I'm not allowed to since our group has a neutral evil rogue. The DM'S argument is based upon the contents of this holy diver mentality from previous editions. The beauty of 5th is they've left the room necessary for a neutral paladin...
