I didn’t say it has to. I am saying that the level of challenge is very different. It is still a challenge at 10+ level for a party of fighters. Spells on the other hand can get around it easy. So yes you can magic across that was the pont. So we have 2 non magic here the tabaxi and the A...

Okay Rank Being known isn’t a function of rank. I would not give the doctor a rank but I am sure in modern who most soldiers know to be happy if he is on your side and scared if he is on the other.

This is so perfectly said. It starts real early though. I design a dungeon with a 25ft gap/pit you need to get over. No fighter or rouge of any level is jumping it but a few skill checks and creativity can get someone across and then pull a rope to just hand over hand it. You can get a...

Commander Riker is second in command of the flagship of the federation. At least one. A month he is involved in something big and huge. When he says commander Riker it means something. Commander Sisco commands the station at the work hole. He has stopped life ending threats less than the flag...

I mean much easier is relative. It’s easier for me to run my lawn mower and ignore the edging and weeding. It’s harder for me to make the yard look great. If I twice this summer run my lawn mower people will not think I did my yard often enough but that didn’t mean the times I did I didn’t...

I hate to say it but being in a mega dungeon seems the only way to get WoTC to even try

The more time I find to be here and in general on the internet the more I feel that it is pretty split between spite and careing.

I right now play with friends I trust and that trust me. Our issue isn’t trust. We have had years and years of experience playing and running. We have found a way to moderate through house rules and hand shake agreements (and some MAD) to make the game work. None of that Cha ages we want the...

Because some of the fans of d&d don’t want other people to get what they want.

It is a reoccurring issue. Once upon a time it would be one or two people but more and more it is filling threads

Wait the water didn’t just in 6 seconds or less rush out of there leaving it? I have to look up this spell I might be remembering wrong. And when does the tide go out in 1 combat round?!? Also if it’s tilted there is a prettt good chance it isn’t floating easily after.

Aria can treat a whole town of stray cats as familiars and join with her wolf half a world away to “save” her mothers corps. People are going to call him a paladin and give him spells you just wait Yup

Yeah I mean I guess we can all envision it different but I can’t imagine a 100ft trench opening under my ship to the sea floor ends well for the ship. If it gets the whole boat it hits bottom and rumps on it side If it gets the front or back but not both it just tips and is done The water...
