This will be an auto-yes for me. Love FF14, and when I was deep into it I thought it would be perfect for a TRPG. I mean, the classes and abilities are right there!

Only because my players usually balk at narrative elements like that. The first time I tried playing Dungeon World was a complete disaster. Oh well. Things like that are easy enough to skip over if your player’s aren’t into it.

I think this game seems pretty fun so far. This and whatever MCDM is cooking up are what I’ve got my eyes on the most from the whole OGL debacle. The 2d12 mechanic with hope/fear seems very smooth. And reminds me of the dice mechanic from Red Markets a bit.

This is great! I don’t have the original starter set, it’s out of print, and now I don’t have to track down a copy! I know it’s online but I like printed material, and I wanted to run it as an intro to this campaign anyways.

Is it too late to change the title back to Black Flag?

Everything sounds pretty positive to me except removing half-elf’s and and half-orcs. Now I’m pretty biased because half-orcs are my favorite ancestry, but I’m not sure how having parents of different species is racist?

If I was to buy an osr like game this would probably be the one. All in one book is great, and it seems to have a unique charm and personality. But as with all osr games, I’m kind of put off by the sole focus on dungeon crawling. The worst part of any dnd campaign I’ve played.

Does the timeline on this seemed rushed to anyone else or is it just me?

Yeah, I am three sessions into a campaign. My player’s and myself are having a blast. Most fun I’ve had playing a game in awhile.

I agree with everything in this post lol. The Kickstarter itself is a bit too expensive for me to get everything, but I’m in for the APG.

I absolutely love it! If Savage Worlds is peanut butter, and Pathfinder is chocolate, then Savage Pathfinder is a really tasty treat. I really like Golarion as a fantasy setting, and Savage Worlds as a rule system so this product was practically made for me specifically.
