Don't forget the part where once your product is done, they can revoke your license, forbid you from making money off of it and sell it as their own at no cost to them.
I wouldn't mind seeing the Shaman as a Primal half caster. Make it somewhat if a mix between a druid, ranger and barbarian with a more spirit calling theme.
The patron has to be 1st level or the warlock has no powers. They can give minor things at 1st and the main part of the features can start at third.
The same problem is going to be with sorcerers. Without their subclass, the have no powers.
It never occurred to me that sign language was not universal. I always thought it was just one language that every deaf person learned. I do think it would be cooler if it worked that way.
I hate the idea of dump stats and that the point buy and stat array force you to have them. Yes you can use your points and spread them out, but that mechanically weakens your character
Most people are not born stupid. It is the world's desire to make things overly simple so that people do not have to think is what is making them that way.
Make spell concentration go up as you level. It could be over all level or bases on the number of spell caster levels you have. That way you can concentrate on one spell from like 1st through 10th. Two from 11 through 16 and three starting at 17.
The way inspiration should work is like this.
If you roll a 1, then you are inspired to do better. If you roll a 20, then someone in your group is inspired to match you. The player chooses a group member that does not already have inspiration.
The roll of 1 has happened. Is there anything in there that states that if you can reroll that you don't get inspiration?
It seems to me that a Halfling would get inspiration for rolling a 1, then Halfling Luck kicks in allowing a reroll.
The main spell design balance I want to see is the developers realizing that there are more elements that they can use for spells besides fire.

Just bring back the Elemental Substitution feat.
