This thought makes me sad, but I don't know enough about the inner workings of the industry to add much. It does, though, make me wonder what can be done to revitalize the RPG industry.

To answer the monster question for now, simply include the monster's name in bold. "When you enter this room, three goblins leap from the rafters..." For unique creatures whose stat blocks were created for this article/adventure, do the same, but also cite the what page their stat block is on...

We're building up a back catalog of material before we're ready to launch. EN5ider hopes to have at least two issues worth of material before we go live.

I think this is a fabulous idea. I never read Dungeon or Dragon magazines while they were in print—my only subscription was to Nintendo Power—but I've been catching up. I think the 'zine format has a lot to offer that blog posts can't, and the ENWorld seal of approval definitely carries weight...
