And that's what it is, the base FG license comes with the mechanics and SRD's for 35e, Pathfinder, and 5e. That right there is like 80% of what you need to DM. You can either subscribe to a monthly amount at $4 or $10USD to get your feet wet and see whether you like it enough. Alternately...
