Pathfinder 1E Paizo no longer publishing Dungeon and Dragon

I don't want an online ezine or whatever they call it - 'cos thats just marketing speak for a website. You can dress it up as whatever you like, but its not a magazine, or a book, or an ezine or an ebook - its a website. I want a magazine, on paper, that I can read in bed, or in the bath, or on...

Pathfinder 1E Paizo no longer publishing Dungeon and Dragon

But this time its different. This time the world really will end. Me, I'm keeping my tinfoil hat on until the danger has passed.

Pathfinder 1E Paizo no longer publishing Dungeon and Dragon

Its *ouch* expensive if you pay for it all at once - but $14 is actually only 2 pints of Lager or a cinema ticket in real UK terms here - I'll be subscribing on the month to month option and seeing what its like. If the content doesn't justify the price then they'll lose my custom. That said...

Would you roll the d4 if...

I'd happily roll that D4 - and probably then regret it, but hey... :) In fact if it was a bigger table with more options - good, bad, unbalanced and balanced I'd probably quite happily roll a D8, D20 or a D% for that matter. I'd then probably spend the rest of the session bitching about it...

[Rant] Do editing/proofreading errors drive you mad, too?

[Rant] Do editing/proofreading errors drive you mad, too?

*fast forwards 168 posts* QFT. Although that said I doubt I'll ever buy another Mongoose Publishing product.

The Year of Drizzt? (20th Anniversary)

Luckily for some of us "Worldwide D&D Day" is generally only worldwide insofar as it covers North America - so those of us outside of the US and Canada will at least be spared some of the madness of the coming of the end times twinking one and only origin of the cliche twinky dark elf. That...

    Ninjas!

I'm unable to vote as you missed the key option - "Other - Pirates, Monkeys, and Lasers are the 'true' Ninjas" :)

So how much does WotC get out of you per year?

I'm estimating $1000-1500. I buy 2-3 cases of each minis set and quite a few core rulebooks and modules, and more or less all FR sourcebooks and modules.

Pathfinder 1E If Paizo bought Greyhawk could they make their money back?

There are six of us, at present, in my gaming group. We all have internet access, we all use e-mail to schedule games and in fact we found each other via the web, and we all visit websites related to gaming - if not to post on forums tehn at least to catch up on news and new developments. In...

Looking For Good Online Map Printing Service

Check around for local print providers - many offer large scale printing from CD or electronic file as a service for architects and planners.

Sales of upcoming Greyhawk Ruins will determine it's future

Thats enough!! Stop it right now.... This thread is supposed to be about the future of Greyhawk, and thus we don't have the time to be listening to any well reasoned or rational points of discussion - no matter how well meaning the intentions behind them may be. Sorry :)

Sales of upcoming Greyhawk Ruins will determine it's future

Hey!! Hold on there a minute please.... This is Greyhawk we're talking about here - enough already with the being reasonable and rational in your demands and expectations. OK.

Reaper to produce pre-painted Plastic minis - Non-random

Isn't the "real" price the one we as consumers actually pay? The fact it may be via the secondary market is irrelevant IMO. The "real" price of many commons is about $0.5 - $1.00 in the US - its higher elsewhere in the world, but then I suspect Reapers prices wil be too (mores the pity :( )

What's the biggest RPG product ever?

For maps I seem to remember the Menzoberranzan (sp) boxed set containing a pretty huge and impractical map in 4 parts.

How much combat features/d in your AD&D (1e) games?

QFT. The same applied to the Traveller and Tunnels and Trolls I played back then as well. As I got older and started roleplaying more I was mainly playing WFRP.
