I have led the EG Kickstarter and have been very happy with it so far. However, I haven't looked at it much. For my kids group I am thing of using it for our next campaign (just started a regular D&D game and half of them are beginners).

With DDB it will be easier to cheat since it has homebrew options. Unless the campaign manager will let the DM control the homebrew options.

I noticed it says that is releases Sept 8th. Isn't that the premiere stire date? Do Roll20 and FG release on the premiere store data? If so I hope DDB does as well.

I am not a PF fan but I will pick up the PDF of SF. If nothing else I may find some fluff or rules to port into 5e, or maybe I might even play it. :)

Stared in 82 with Moldvay Basic and quickly switched to AD&D. Played until very early 89 (mostly D&D but dabbled in a few others as well). Picked it up again about 10 years ago. So started 35 years ago but have only played about 16-17 of those years.

Cool, it downloads into a form tillable PDF so you can make changes after downloading. I will still probably use the online sheet at the table though.

When you buy these on Drivethrurpg.com do you get a file you have to print yourself or physical cards that get shipped to you? Or both?

Is Paizo doing pawns for the ships? Seems like a much more economical way to go. EDIT: To answer my own question, ships are included in the Starfinder Core Book box of pawns.

I haven't used them but plan to use a modified version of them eventually.

The new kids group I am running now is going through the Caves of Chaos. I plan for them to be 4th level by the end of August and will take a break when school starts up and pickup with Tomb of Annihilation when it is released on DDB.

Good for D&D. I am happy to see the brand growing.
