'Enhanced' is a loaded word there. Just look at AI-'enhanced' movie remasters. Those extra pixels aren't really an enhancement when out of focus faces are sharpened and background details are lost in a slurry of color because of the algorithm getting confused.

Meanwhile I'm playing a Quickstepper adept who regularly has 25 to 26 AC thanks to no-stamina Expert Tumble and 140 HP thanks to having 18 Con and the Hardy Adventurer Feat. In 12 levels I've almost gone down once to a 50+ damage critical.

5E really doesn't scale that high. Even a Wizard with wish isn't doing a fraction of what Strange and Scarlet Witch can.

I don't trust anyone in the modern MMO landscape to get it right. All the MMOs generally cited as the best are like 15 to 20 years old & most of them have changed hands at least once.

The complicity of youtube in platforming awful people is rather beyond the scope of this thread, but it's difficult to overstate how much of a bad look it is that WOTC hired a company known for being so brutal that the US Government made it illegal for themselves to hire them.
