I've heard that about it, never tried it myself though. But one of my friends uses it to play Warhammer: Age of Sigmar with Skaven vs a college buddy of his. So I know it can be used for miniature wargaming. I guess it's better than nothing??? Certainly better than solo gaming.

Cancelled due to holiday overtime for 1/2 the group & then Delayed until Jan.7 as both Christmas Eve & New Years eve are on Thur this year.

I'd suggest a trip to a home improvement store & start with a concrete form tube as your base. They're cheap, easy to cut into section with a hack saw, & come in many sizes. After that there's many many options for doing the brick work to cover it.

Can't say I'm at all bothered by this. I'd purchase a good looking t-rex, dragon,, etc vs a conveniently shaped one any day.

I've got that beat. Just after Thanksgiving this year my brother and I were discussing him being out of town for several days during the 2nd week of Dec. As in we were standing in the kitchen having a face-to-face conversation about me checking his mail & taking car of his animals. No phones...

We were looking at it more for miniature wargaming in general. It's a nice enough piece. It'd see use. But not for that ridiculous price tag.....

The photo on the box IS accurate though. The guys at my local shop opened one (trying to sell it). For the price we were not impressed. We're taking bets on how long it takes to sell.

Its happened in games I've been in/run. But its never happened as an intentional strategy
