It applies to any monster (or NPC) stat block, so yes. If it has a stat block it can have heroic levels.

They do and have recast in the MCU. I’m sure if they need to they will do so again.

Yup. When you first meet her in the comic, she is drunk on a planet under a red sun which allows her to become so. And she has Krypto. It’s an episodic space adventure series with an overarching plot. The upcoming film was originally called Woman of Tomorrow but they renamed it Supergirl.

He is special for both of those reasons and more. We just happen to be taking about the first one.

The point is we don’t know whether he can beat it or not because they did let show it to us. Like I said, I’d have liked to see a big hero moment where he really shows off and establishes that.
