Thanks for the article as I always tend to miss some of their announcements and I thought I was signed up via email with free league. Edit - and luckily I had picked this up when I was traveling for work and hadn’t had a chance to really read it so it didn’t resonated in my head that I had it :)

One thing about 1e, even with 14 players, not a whole lot of options for a player/class to choose from. Fighter or any melee class is swing once. Cleric and MU cast a spell or use a sling or mace so I’m guessing the turns were still quick enough.

Probably mentioned or on the same line of thought….throwing chris and Jeremy will bring more eyes or more discussion around Darlington press…this thread is 24 pages long already and none of the CR threads are that long of have that much discussion on here. It will be neat to see what they end...

Backer tracker has it at potentially ending at 788,808 with an upper limit of 1.185M. The goal is to hit about 800k of which the 10% covers the 80k failed previous kickstarter, roughly correct?

Their D&D live play series (viva la D&D above) are fun and the all ladies was cool too. Excited to see what comes out and what area of the FR is covered. I tried to play sword coast legends again and it visually looked okay back then but Larian knocked it’s out of the park with BG3.

That would be a big ouch for sure for a business!

Give Falk some credit, he broke down his estimates for producing the kickstarter and it came out to $2022 and it made a little over 3k. Glad to see if finished. Retailer tier was $37 for 5 physical copies so luckily retailers weren’t out a ton of cash without a product to sell for a couple years.
