(+)Do Any TTRPGs Do Dueling Really Well?

Flashing Blades does a good job. En Garde is good too but isn't quite an RPG.

    Still Searching for "That" System

Dragonbane might work for you. It's pretty intuitive.

    What makes a game OSR?

How interesting. Ths doesn't match my personal experience in the OSR play or design spaces nor the contents of conversations similar to this I've had other places. That's not a criticism at all, just an index of how janus-faced any notion of 'the OSR' is or can be. Different people mean very...

How Old Were You When You Played Your First TTRPG?

I unearthed the Moldvay Basic box in my attic in 1986 when I was 9. The rest is a sad story of a misspent youth.

    Sex at the Table

Will the gaming table support that level of exertion, that's the key question. It's possible I didn't understand the question.

I think it would be easier to take the existing OSE based rules and layer on some stuff and mechanics from YZE than covert from the ground up. I'm going to run it out of the box first and then decide if I want to finish the Fae-based OSR rules I was already working on. IDK yet.

Well, I missed Steve and Seagulls there by a week, they're a bluegrass band that does metal and hard rock covers. Does that count?

Plenty Of Time To Die: A Shadowdark Review

That's pretty cool. Well, I could run B2 with a collection of dog toys and half a carrot at this point, but generally it's good to see that it adapts well to classic modules. That opens up a lot of sweet gaming space.

Dolmenwood ks has over 7000 followers

I was already in the process of writing a Fae-adjacent OSR rules set to really lean into Dolmenwood and other Fae-adjacent stuffs, so I've put that on the backburner in favour of running DW out of the box. That said, I'm going to take a lot of the setting and scenario ideas I've had and weave...

Wow, up over half a million already. Jinkies! Edit: That's in CAD, but it's not a huge difference when it's at $550K CAD

    Old Gods of Appalachia

And the game isn't set in all 9 of those. It has info about the places it is set. I guess if your whole issue is that one list then that's a thing.
