Try this. Geas/Quest said baddy to Go to Hades and stay there until you come for him. Then Plane Shift him there. If his friends planeshift him back, the geas makes him go back. When he finally fails his saving throw for Hades, he becomes a petitioner and will not willingly leave Hades. ;)

I always thought it would be interesting to sit at the top of a dungeon and simply pour water into it...sit there for a few days....drown the creatures inside, cast water breathing, go in, pick up stuff, come out. :)

I think id go with a miss chance for melee too....grapplers (as far as ive seen irl) seem to twist around quite a bit, giving a good chance for missing....you start swinging, someone moves, and you hit your friend....

Yes you can. But that leaves you down two feats (at 3rd level, if your human, you have one left, if not, you have none left). So your banking on either being able to bluff them or intimidate them.
