    Indeed it is. And since the listed classes are only the ones in the PHB I, those of us, like Scott and myself, who are playing classes outside the PHB I, dont have access to the feats and gear.

    Umm, sorry Scott, as a Scout, you dont have access to regional feats. For clarification purposes, thats what i meant in an earlier post. If your not your races prefered class, you dont have access to regional feats or equipment.
