Why would they need a heads up or early access? 1e stuff still was selling well especially when 2e first came out. Why would not having the CRB a month early stop them from making things after it came out? Also, who determines who gets an early copy? Why would this person get to have it before...

The game has a healthy 3pp ecosystem. Plenty of new things appear on Pathfinder Infinite on the weekly. The communities working on and collaborating on stuff are bustling. A lot of the "big creators" for 1e aren't even actively making things very often anymore. Legendary is still pumping out...

As a long-time Pathfinder GM, basically no ways. There are people who think that because there isn't grim and gritty ultraviolence like in Paizo's 3.5 days that the game has somehow been "babified", but these people do not usually actually pay any attention to the game.

It's hard to pay people when your primary seller is way cheaper than it should be given general book prices. It's one of those 1e rules that adds nothing but annoyance for the GM and players. Just throw them out, the game has no need for it.

It's actually extremely easy to make in-character decisions and also not offload the responsibility of knowing how the game works to the GM. You don't have to pretend that you're not playing a game. Ignoring rules feels like it would just make that harder to do things in character.
