I always loved add multiclassing.

How are these weapon masteries gonna affect the monk? He could use flex and nick maybe?

5th right now is like this but I'm hoping monster get a resistance and vulnerability upgrade that makes weapon choice more important instead of just the highest dpr.

Then I'm talking about how the tomblock gets cha to eb damage at lvl 5, so that would be tier2. But the blade lock does get his at lvl 1. I'm thinking tomblocks get eb upgrades, bladelocks get weapon based upgrades and chains get pet upgrades. Then you give those options as invocations that...

I see alot of people dogging flex. While I agree that it is probably the weakest weapon mastery, it isnt useless and works really well with 2weapon style fighters. That way you use another weapon mastery on the second weapon.

I dont know what you mean by teir one. But if you mean 1st lvl, I wasnt suggesting that. Bladelicks get cha on melee in the playtest which already makes it a better dip than before for some multiclass builds. Half casting works better for multiclassing also. I'm thinking the tomblock getting...

I guess one complaint I've had about 5e is the boring weapon system. 1st-4th edition all had interesting weapon mechanics. This is at least something more. Enough for a new 100 dollar players handbook? I dont know about that.

Should invocations like agonizing blast and ect. Be added into the pacts like tomb gets cha at lvl5 and blade uses cha to attack. That makes certain invocations free for that pact but others pay a tax. I do kinda think that mystic arcanum should be free. At least the 6-9th ones.

Basic: Elf was the only class I remember playing. 1st edition: Half orc cleric assasin. 2nd: Dwarf fighter cleric. 3rd: dwarf fighter cleric. 4th: Warord 5th: I have never played, only dm.

I think it would be real easy to hitch the old warlocks engine on this new warlocks chassis.

I dont think any full caster is newbie caster in this edition. I feel concentration and the vast variety ways to play a caster just by the spells you pick

This version seems really strong for bard and pally dipping. Even more than the old. I'm really interested how people will feel after some actual platesting.

So I liked the old warlock, alot fun. This one might be ok. Multiclassing with this seems way stronger. And they combined blade pact with hex blade so that's a huge buff for level dipping. I'm interested to see what the survey will show. Just remember the old warlock isnt going away. It's just...
