Homebrew Level Up Roll20 Character Sheet is live!

Happy New Year! I'm not sure how many other Roll20 users out there are still watching this thread, but I wanted to throw this out there: When we make skill checks, my group was thinking that having the associated ability listed in the output would be useful. For example (screen shots below for...

Homebrew Level Up Roll20 Character Sheet is live!

When you create a new game in Roll20, in the options it lists you can find character sheets. Scroll or look for Level Up Ae5 and select it. Start your game and create a sample character and you can check it out

Gate Pass Gazette What content do y'all want from Gate Pass Gazette?

As a Planescape fan, I'd like to see some expanded choices for the Planetouched and some more planar-centric Journeys. More monsters and additional variations on existing monsters would also be fun. Also, I'd like to see AE5-takes on other classes/subclasses. I'd love to see what you could do...

Homebrew Level Up Roll20 Character Sheet is live!

While I'm on the topic, Another quirk with the NPC sheets, if there's no [attackbonus] or [attackdamage] listed in an attack, it gives us the syntax error when we try to roll it (as seen with "Sword Sweep"). I can put 0's in place to make it happier, as seen with "Kick" in my screen shot. It's...

Homebrew Level Up Roll20 Character Sheet is live!

I noticed on one of the new changes, for NPCs the Reaction table format is a bit misaligned. Here's a screen shot below for reference. Thanks! I, for one, appreciate all the work being put into this! Also, as a request, I think it would be useful if a button could be placed next to them (as...

Yes, I can confirm those changes went live. I have a few other (low-priority) items to request, but your plate looks pretty full as it is, so I won't pile more on until you're ready.

    Level Up (A5E) Conjure spells

I think the casting times on 1 minute vs 1 action are the same as the original O5e summoning spells. In my own games I'll probably house-rule the rapid casting to be 1 round only, as I can't see any of my players having fun sitting around doing nothing for 2-5 combat rounds.

Homebrew Level Up Roll20 Character Sheet is live!

I'm playing now with adding NPCs to the roll20 sheet. Here's some observations and suggestions: Saving throws?: There doesn't seem to be a way to roll or modify saving throws (without adding them all as skills) Bloodied HP: Since it's listed in the Monstrous Menagerie, it might be convenient...

Level Up (A5E) What A5E rules do you intend to import into an existing 5E campaign?

I run 2 campaigns. One of them we'll be incorporating most of the new mechanics from Levelup. In my other group, the players prefer the more traditional game, but I'll probably be sneaking in Levelup monsters and maybe a journey or two.

Level Up (A5E) Character Sheet: Exploration Knacks?

OK! Makes sense, thanks for the reply!

Level Up (A5E) Character Sheet: Exploration Knacks?

I have question about the Levelup character sheet design. There's a boxed section dedicated to Exploration Knacks on the second page, but as far as I can see only Rangers get Exploration Knacks. Would it make more sense to just expand the Features section and Rangers could put their knacks...

(Me again. I know.) Possible Bugs: When I add Tools, the roll button next to the tool doesn't do anything. Size: Only allows numbers, where I would expect to put "M" or type "Medium" for example.

D&D General How Long Did You Play the Different Editions of D&D? (+)

BECMI: Got started with the Tom Moldvay (Erol Otus cover) basic set in 1981, played till about 1982 when we discovered we could be Advanced! 1e: 1983-1989 2e: 1989-1993 - Stopped playing regularly right around the plethora of "Kit" books. (1994-1999: Wasn't doing a lot of D&D playing; I...

Homebrew Level Up Roll20 Character Sheet is live!

Initiative: Currently Initiative is a static text label on the character sheet ("Ability or Skill Check"). With understanding of the design intent (i.e., LU5e can use various skills or attributes for initiative) without a dedicated Initiative roller the Roll20 turn tracker can't be...

Level Up (A5E) What's your favorite thing about Level Up?

There's a lot to like, but Combat Maneuvers was a big selling point for me!

Homebrew Level Up Roll20 Character Sheet is live!

Another request, if I may be so bold... An ability to add a static modifier to skills. Sometimesthere are items or other factors in my game that might add +2 to Stealth, for instance. On Roll20's vanilla 5e sheet, there's a little gear icon that opens up a page where you can add those sorts of...
