Critical Role First Reviews for The Legend of Vox Machina Are Out

I could go on about it but instead of derailing this thread on Vox Machina, I’ll say that the end of episode 3 of Arcane I hear frequently cited as the major hook.

Critical Role First Reviews for The Legend of Vox Machina Are Out

It’s really nice. Not even close to Arcane. But I’m absolutely going to obsessively watch the heck out of this.

D&D 5E (2014) Mordenkainen Presents Monsters of the Multiverse: An In-Depth Review

This was the lowest point of the hobby, failing to live up to any promise. It is wonderful they have pivoted away from the misguided wish that there could be one system to rule them all and not have it fracture into a thousand pieces.

D&D 5E (2014) The Gods in your Pantheon, Where Do They Live?

There are 2 remaining deities in conflict with outer evil forces. I placed them in an inaccessible existence, their presence on the world was like a magnet attracting the cosmic entities so they “left”. They have agent intermediaries which exist on the world that respond to believers’ petitions...

D&D General What geographical size is best for campaign settings?

I want a supercontinent-size setting simply for inspiration. However I will run my campaigns in the kingdom-level or smaller. Having the wider supercontinent that exists allows me to have had building blocks for population migrations, spanning ancient empires, sources of trade, etc. But the...

D&D 5E (2014) Will you buy the new Gift Set with Monsters of the Multiverse?

Definitely. I need extra copies as my son has claimed the originals. Plus having Volo’s and Mordenkainen’s in one book will save so much wasted time grabbing the wrong book.
