Why hasn't anyone suggested "Antimagic Field"? No magic effect can cross it, so even True Sight would not function within it (granted.. your own effects won't function either, but that wasn't asked for ;) )

The easiest way to simulate the "indestructible" nature of toons would be to give everyone Regeneration 1 (takes real damage from nothing)

Sorry if someone got offended by my response. So, is a "no action" an action or not? If it is, can you take one "no action" in conjunction with another "no action" like Spot/Listen?

Wouldn't this sort of special exception be part of the setting you're playing and therefore be written in the "house rules" section of your setting, so there's no need to put that in the "main" rules.

Low-light vision lets you see twice as far in starlight and moonlight (among other things) but how far is that? The SRD contains no clues to this (or did I overlook anything?)

That would be The Earth Alliance Fact Book. But careful, there are quite a few cliches used in this book. So not everything regarding the nationalities therein should be taken too serious.
