Yep, hence my comment about it being the free square. It’s amazing how many times they’ve tried and failed at this sort of thing. In some ways it’s impressive that they’ve found so many ways to fail at it.

Did anyone have yet another failed WotC digital tool on their bingo card? It should be pretty much the free square at this point, given how many times they’ve tried and failed at one electronic product or another.

Backerkit seems to be a place for established creators and IP to use (presumably because the lower traffic of Backerkit is offset by the fact that they have an established base that will find them anyway. I can only assume Backerkit has a smaller cut of the proceeds.

We had so much fun with all the stuff in the jungle prior to finding and entering the tomb. I have no idea how much stuff was added by our DM vs what was as written, but I loved it all. The final fight with Acerarak felt a bit powergamey and weird, but the Omu stuff was awesome.

That’s a bit disappointing. I was heavily sceptical about the D&D movie, but I was happy to eat humble pie after seeing it. It was both entertaining to watch and a good representation of D&D with tonnes of Easter eggs.

It’s ok. Those types of people generally think they know better than others anyway, so they’re very unlikely to follow any advice given to them.
