At least to me the name evokes images of Tintan at best. Kinda fun, but not very fantasy grounded.

I still prefer 3.5 to PF1. A lot of changes are cool and welcome, but they change the game too much for my taste and some extra stuff is either superfluous or forces you to wait unless you want to feel bad.

Proper names? I'm more bothered by stuff like "puntos de golpe"! The literalist translation is dry, uninspired and very much non-indicative. Either leave it untranslated as HP, or do a more useful rename like "Puntos de vida" or just "vida". But "puntos de golpe" is just awkward to say outloud...

My reaction is more an indictment of Spain's translators who are very insular and not serious enough.

Still not the overwhelming "resistance is futile, everybody will switch sooner or later". Still room for a reasonable community to form. Unless all of the "no" are completely lapsed players (but I would ask why are people posting to a 5 community if they aren't playing it or interested in it?)

Subclass is thematically defining, also for many classes it is also party-role enabling. The nice thing about first level subclass is that you can have a cleric that is a tank, or a warlock /sorcerer who is the primary healer in the group. That is gone. And that is a huge negative in my book...

Idk, the removal of subclass at first level is a gigantic negative that offsets a lot of the gains.

Yeah, that is a reasonable fear. I don't hate WotC, but right now it is hard to be its cheerleader. Too much stuff happened last year. I'm not even sure if I want to keep playing og5e. If the community turns too toxic, I might have no option but to retreat to 3.5, or do my own stripped down...

I have an opposite view. Since 1/3 isn't planning on going forward, that means there's room for a substantial 5e-grognard community to continue -there are enough differences between the non-editions and unmet wants with the new one for it to be possible-. I mean if the desire for iterating...

I reacted bcause you noticed. However notice that your suggestion deliberately excludes a character concept, and makes playstyles harder or impossible. Which can be felt as a giant "I don't want the likes of you in my table" so not very nice.
