I'm quite excited to have more reasons to pick more than one weapon for my character. Fighting multiple enemies? use the cleave weapon, trying to stop someone from escaping, the slow one, or the topple one... I love making fighters that look like walking weapon racks :p

The show was a BIG hit in Brazil, it aired for decades and the last episode was an urban legend for years. There was never a connection to D&D because the translated name was like "The Dragon's cave" and even after I started playing D&D it took me some years to make the conection.

I played it in 5e before eberron came out. the adventure was easy enough to adapt, just the trap was a little tricky.

I really like this adventure. The prelude in the day of mourning, the skill challenge and the fight with the trap stand out to me

i think the 1d6 part of it is fine for proficiences/day. maybe the death saves one is a little much, I don't know.... I'd maybe limit to using 1 hero point per long rest to turn death saves to successes.

As I was reading the first 3 or 4 golden vault adventures, all of them could fit really easilly in Eberron. I think the mission impossible vibes fit really well in the setting. The museum adventure could be in morgrave, the tiefling cassino in the venomous demesne, the jail one on dreadhold....

I am not a fan of grimdark stuff but, as a teenager it was hard for me tu buy ewoks as a threat to the empire. I'm not saying I'm right, or that my opinion on this reflects all my tastes (and I know that was not something you were implying), but I don't know, it didn't work for me

I don't know, I just didn't buy a bunch of teddy bear's with sticks and stones (and some really big logs) vanquishing the imperials on a really important location that assured the emperor's survival. It all made them look like giant fools to me. But again... kids movie that I saw later than I...

I was a little older when I saw episode 6 for the first time... The ewoks are a hard sell.

there are some pretty good conversions of the 4 adventures that start with forgotten relics to 5e in the DM's Guild.

I used to really hate the prequels... But as time passed I started to focus on what I liked about them isntead of my criticisms. Today I think it's okay, I even rate episode 3 higher than episode 6.
