No. The Playtest population is not the same as the population that posts to the message boards...any message board. At best the message board population is a small percentage of the people who downloaded, played, and evaluated the Playtest.

Statistically significant does not mean statistically sound. Also the PR team assigned to this probably has a vague notion that message boards like these exist but to market to the smallest yet most vocal minority would be crazy.

Why can't it be both?
