d20 Future and WFRP are tied in my opinion. I picked d20 Future as I so rarely get to play Sci-Fi, and can get anyone to play a fantasy game.

Like the others have said, it is a great and mostly complete version of Traveller based on d20 rules. I'll also nominate the History section as the reason I love EVERY edition of Traveller. :D

For 3.0 (the edition I'm drifting back to as my preference), MotP was the best. Divine Agent and Gatecrasher are still two of my personal favorite PRCs. For 3.5, Eberron's Sovereign Speaker and Bone Knight. For FR, the final version of the Bladesinger, Battlerager, and Breachgnome.
