Sounds like them? Yes. But no Tiefling could match the raw power of one Melnibonean vs one Human. At least on a stat for state basis. See any of the Elric games for examples. :)

Giving my friend/DM the Rules Compendium. Another will get DDM. I will probably get something gaming from them, plus some Call of Cthulhu love from the family.

What kinda rules would be involved? Dr Who (from what I've seen) is a very no-combat sort of story. Would if be just social combat, and puzzle-deception combat? Who plays a Timelord? Or is the GM the Timelord dragging the players around as companions?

The Castles & Cultists normally used to come out in full force in many threads, trying to convert to d20 heathens to the TLG cause. ;) Aside from my dislike of some of the fans of the game, it's still a great game. Just not greater than BD&D/AD&D/AD&D2E/D&D3E. :)

Currently 7 players and 7 PCs. We also have an Imp and genie-like wizard as NPCs tagging along. The campaign is 3.homebrew.
