    Clerics can't heal (NPCs)?

Yes, characters built with PC classes as opposed to NPC classes/rules have more abilities, more options and more staying power, just like in 3.x, what's your point?

    Clerics can't heal (NPCs)?

Yes, things which create problems are being removed, things which don't aren't, how is that so hard to understand? How is that "schizophrenic"? As for the OAs and movement, it's there because it adds to tactics, notice how they're really pushing the whole "more tactical" bit? It's there because...

    Clerics can't heal (NPCs)?

I tihnk it's fairly safe to blame Hong's confusion aura, in regards to all of us.

    Monster Role questions

The version of the WyrmPriest I have has a close, not whatever ranged AoE is called. And by "the monsters we have access to" I meant the MM pictures from D&DEXP and the "monsters and more" pdf. I'm sure there are other sources, I just wasn't feeling up to trawling for them.

    Clerics can't heal (NPCs)?

Sometimes, other times the Commander used to be a level 2 Elite Soldier, which can be created from the the stats of the level 6 stats if necessary.

    Clerics can't heal (NPCs)?

All I can think of now is a tough as nails adventurer who keeps his buddies up and fighting all through a fight (mostly by yelling at them) attempting to fix a small childs broken leg and succeeding only in making them cry. And I find that a hilarious image :)

    Monster Role questions

Having actually looked through the monsters we have, and not finding a single artillery with a ranged AoE, I'd have to say that SPM is full of crap on this one. In fact there weren't many ranged AoE's on monsters full stop.

    Yes, I know, that's why I used the ;) smilie. ;)

Cleave: Give me room to work, my minions!

I assume you don't have a Wizard? I tend to find that if the Fighter is using Great Cleave, a fireball equivelent would do the same job more efficiently.

    Monster Role questions

For monsters, AoE is generally the purview of Artillery.

At will teleport and other 4th ed player fun

Probably. Unlikely. (or "yes", "no", for people willing to take the word of some random guy on the internet at face value)

    Official Character Sheets

I know that on my old machine, that would slow the computer to an absolute crawl, with my browser essentially not working for at least a minute, with no obvious explanation. I don't have that problem nowdays, but it was the most annoying thing on the internet at the time.

    Classic warriors: Warlords or Fighters?

They're some of the most well known D&D characters from novels and settings which are known to have multiple levels of the "Fighter" class. That's about as iconic "Fighter" as you can get. On the other hand of course, specific characters from D&D campaign settings and books (esp fighter types)...

    Alignment/Multiclassing/DM Screen/Power Source From I-Con

He was talking about lamplighters and the magical economy, ie Magewrights, more than Artificers.

Cleave: Give me room to work, my minions!

I've been reading too much Hong. The point is, it's an at-will attack, it does you basic attack damage and gives you a small but useful kicker. Why would you expect it to do anything else?

Cleave: Give me room to work, my minions!

Oh stop it with the hyperbole. Show me this 21st level power which is completely outshone by Cleave. Hell, show me the 21st level monster who cares about taking 3-5 damage a round with no save when we know of another Fighter power that lets you do this AND have the possibility of actually...

Cleave: Give me room to work, my minions!

Yes it is. Minions are a type of monster set up so that four of them equals one normal monster, that is the definition of what they are. While the first level minions we've seen die when they take damage, the higher level ones we've seen do not, the speculation that all minions have one hp...

Every Sourcebook is somebody's favourite. Except for MM4, nobody liked that ;)

    Kobold Dragon Shield mark?

As far as I know, yes, the Fighter mark is the basic mark.

Cleave: Give me room to work, my minions!

The point is obviosly to attack multiple creatures at the same time, what else would it be? And Vampire Spawn, which are 6th level Minions, have 10 hp, I think most 6th level fighters would have trouble doing that much damage with cleave.
