OwlCon report: Friday night: VLARP; it was fun. It ran WAY too late. Saturday: overslept and missed my Advanced Civ game. Saturday night party; no OwlCon for me. Sunday: ran two slots - Dominion and Shadows Over Camelot. Both were fun. Bought the new Dominion: Seaside expansion. Good game.

So, can we get another BSG game for Saturday evening this year? Say 6 - 10?

3 of 6 players live in my house. We own all the goodies (Dwarven Forge crap, big game table, etc.). We play at my house; in the garage when weather is good; at the kitchen table when it's too cold.

You and Rel both . . . not overbooking does NOT mean I'm using the rest of the time for sleeping. It's the spontaneous fun that you can't PLAN that you have to plan for! :)

I did exactly what I said I was going to do: vote warlord until warlord lost OR until the last round. Fighter is definitely my favorite 4e class, but Warlord is such a close second I had to vote for him as long as it didn't matter . . . just to keep him around.

And a healing surge :)

Yeah, I remember Warlord getting blown away quickly. Must be a love/hate thing. A lot of people like the Warlord . . . at least that vote in these polls, but a lot of people hated the Warlord enough to get rid of him in the other version.

I seem to remember reading that this is exactly what they intended from the beginning with 4e. Year 1: new game Year 2: expand the game for old pros Year 3: grow the market by making products for n00bs
