I'd allow it, but pretty much only because I think the Arctic Priest feat sucks. I'm willing to go with a dodgy prereq when the payoff is that low.

The Traps & Treachery feat, as Crothian says, isn't unbalancing or even particularly interesting. If it was unbalancing, one of my rogues *would* have taken it, which they never did. :)

Trust me, people with low charisma get pegged as such almost immediately IRL all the time. :) However, I think that it would be best to have mechanical advantages for all 6 stats that at least come close to balancing out. Currently, they don't. I think there should be roleplaying benefits...

I think there is a very real possiblity of that happening -- especially since a rogue will then dump that stat, and buy up Listen and Spot to compensate. While the change is logical, it really messes up Wisdom.

Looks good to me, especially with the addition of being able to take the magic item feats at the appropriate level. WotC's already opened the door on that one, with the warlock from Complete Arcane -- they make items without spells, too.

I second Dakkareth. It's a more powerful spell but, in game terms, it's still a minor effect. 1st level sounds like it would do the trick just fine.
