Sorry, but that contradicts what I've heard from people who specifically spoke with WotC about this issue - including people from the UK. Maybe it's been changed since then, but at this point, it's a pretty moot subject, since the books are out in just over 2 months anyway.

Well, a lot of that is still up in the air, but if the size is right, we'll likely do a POD option, as we're doing for some of our d20 material.
